General Topics Covered:

  1. The Importance of Staying for Preparedness Reasons
    • Exercising is an important aspect in preparing for disasters. Unfortunately, too many people don’t stay active and pack on the weight and get out of shape. If you’re a prepper, staying fit should be just as important as food storage, water treatment, or any of your preparedness areas.
    • In this podcast, I talk to Greg Mumm from HateExerciseLess.org about ways you can stay fit, or if needed, get back into shape.
